A fun way to brighten up the Thanksgiving dinner table is to make your very own place mats!

Supplies:
construction paper in Fall colors, scissors, and anything you'd like to use to deocorate your place mat, like stickers, leaves and feathers. You can be creative!

Directions:
Using your scissors, cut out the edges of the construction paper. You can cut it jagged or curvy! Now, using your colorful supplies, start decorating your place mat. Make one for each person at the dinner table and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Does your family play musical chairs trying to decide where everyone should sit at the Thanksgiving table? You can solve that problem by making Thanksgiving Place Cards!

Supplies:
construction paper, scissors, markers, glue and leaves

Directions:
Cut out the construction paper into a small rectangle, folding it in half to make a card. Glue a colorful Fall leaf on the corner of the card. Make one card for each person who will be at your house for Thanksgiving. When they come to the dinner table, they'll know exactly where to sit!

You can injoy decorating the Thanksgiving table for your family and guests by making Thanksgiving
Napkin Rings.

Supplies:
empty paper towel roll, black or orange construction paper, scissors, markers, glue and feathers from craft store

Directions:
Cut the paper towel roll in 1 1/2 - 2 inch rings. To make a Pilgrim hat, glue a strip of black construction paper around the ring. Then glue a small orange square in the center of the ring for the buckle. To make an Indian band, glue a strip of orange construction paper around the ring. Then glue colorful feathers around it. When the rings are dry, place the napkin through the ring. You're now ready for Thanksgiving.
